Block port: 29910 using COMODO
Firewall v3 (by {NP} BMP | BrandiniMP)
1.
Open COMODO
Firewall v3.
2.
Click the
firewall button at the top.
3.
Click the
advanced button, (located to the left of the COMODO
window).
4.
Click Network Security Policy.
5.
Click Global
Rules, (located in the new window).
6.
Click the button
that says 'Add...'.
7.
Set
Action: to Block.
8.
Click
Destination Port and select: A Single
Port.
9.
In the
Port: box, enter:
29910.
10.
Click Apply (continue clicking
Apply until you’ve reached the COMODO main
screen).
11. The
Gamespy, CD Key checking port is now
blocked.

Invalid CD key:
Cause: Gamespy uses port: 29910 to check if the CD Key, (Client side) is valid, and is a common occurrence for games using the Gamespy protocol.
Remedy: You, as a server operator, should block Remote Port: 29910 UDP protocol.
